To request deletion, follow the steps below. We will verify and process eligible requests subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
1. Send your request
Email support@cosmicoindia.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Help us identify your data
Include the name, email address or phone number used in your website enquiry, Facebook form or Instagram interaction. Do not send passwords, access tokens or one-time codes.
3. Verification and completion
We may request reasonable verification to protect your information. After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible information and confirm completion, normally within 30 days.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legitimate accounting and business obligations. Any retained information remains protected and is not used for unrelated marketing.
