Stage one

The product brief becomes a production reference

Every reliable project needs a shared reference. The brief begins with the intended product, customer, channel, pack size, quantity and brand position.

Formula direction, fragrance, texture, appearance and packaging are discussed during development. The agreed sample and pack direction then become the practical basis for production planning.

Stage two

Packaging is checked before the line

Packaging is not an afterthought. Bottle dimensions, closure compatibility, label area and artwork fit affect both presentation and production practicality.

Coordinating these elements before manufacturing helps avoid a finished product that works technically but looks inconsistent across the range.

Stage three

Manufacturing, filling and in-process discipline

Approved products move through scheduled batch manufacturing and controlled filling according to the defined project scope.

In-process attention is placed on following the approved product direction and pack reference. Exact checks depend on the category and project requirements, so they are discussed as part of the scope rather than reduced to a generic promise.

Stage four

Finished-pack inspection and handover

Before dispatch preparation, the finished presentation is reviewed against the approved reference. Bottle, closure, label placement, pack appearance and count form part of the handover readiness review.

The objective is straightforward: the product leaving the workflow should reflect the product and pack decisions that were approved.

Quality credentials

Credentials support the process; they do not replace it
