A website enquiry, discussion or quotation does not create a binding order unless the commercial terms are accepted through Cosmico India's authorised process.

Product specifications, minimum order quantities, artwork, packaging, pricing, taxes, payment terms, production timelines, testing, approvals and dispatch arrangements are governed by the final quotation, sales order, invoice or written agreement applicable to that order. Timelines may change when approvals, materials, payments or information are delayed.
