Identify the exact products and variants
A manufacturing quotation is easier to assess when each requested variant is clearly defined. Name the product, pack capacity and quantity, then list the formulation and packaging preferences. If a fragrance or colour is undecided, say so rather than entering a placeholder as a final selection.
Keep different capacities or fragrance variants on separate lines. This allows the manufacturer to identify minimum quantities, packaging requirements and any additional development work for each variant.
